This is Love

I want to say something to you. The thing about it is; I really don’t know what it is I want to tell you. The hard part is deciding what to let you know, and if I should tell you I think you are beautiful. Maybe I should tell you why. That when you visit me in my dreams and pop my balloons I smile because I know you’re beautiful. Or that simply dreaming of you is enough to make me smile for days.

I can let you know that it is very hard loving something I wish to have but don’t know yet if I can. That I envy her, or that I only wish she makes you smile whenever she can. It’s already selfish enough of me to decide to keep this on. Honestly, I don’t think I have a choice. You must know what love is like; I hope it’s not obsession, because obsession is not what I feel. I feel glad with every one of the words you direct at me. That is enough to keep me smiling for days.

Some nights I can’t keep you out if my mind, but mostly I just don’t want to.

Well,
Do you plan to judge me based on how i was ten years ago?
Do you plan to ignore my talents because of how i look?
Do you plan to walk away due to the mistakes i have done?

No, not at all.

I stay firm on my grounds of beliefs,
That everyone of us are not the same person we were many years ago,
That each and everyone of us have to be taken seriously for our ability and not looks,
That you and me were and are and will never be free from doing mistakes.
So walk away...
You are one less burden in my list.
I rather keep people who are true, and free from judgement.

Dearest Moon,
How are you?
I have been talking to you,
for a very long time.
You are the only one

Even though you go invisible sometimes,
I know you still listen to me.

I feel something in me,
has awakened.
There is a rage within me
building up and
waiting to explode.
You know me, Moon.
I always wait.
The impact will be mind blowing.

Dearest Moon,
I have evolved a lot.
I am no more the girl
you knew many years ago.
I am no more the silent, timid mouse.
I went out and saw the world.
I learned how it functions.
Yes...There are a lot more to be learned.
I will not stop my journey.

Dearest Moon,
this awakening might be shocking
to many people around me.
They might have thought
to keep on misjudging the real me.
They might prefer me to be
a step lower than them.

I do not remember when I knew you.
I can't recall how I knew you too.
But, when I was all alone,
fighting my war,
you appeared from no where.
You gave me a helping hand.
You pushed me harder.
You kept motivating me.

I wish I could meet you.
Whenever I had no soul to talk to.
Whenever I lose my sanity.
You kept coming back for me.
You lifted me up and saved me.
You brightened up my days.
You became the stars I my sky.
